We began with an idea to provide a smart CV shortlisting algorithm as per company requirements rather than using keywords based algorithms. The algorithms of these existing platforms use is based on the Keywords algorithm. Applicants using these specific key-words will get shortlisted irrespective of their work which we know don’t always lead to genuine candidates. Thus wasting time, money, and resources of hiring companies. So we conducted a market survey we found out this is just the tip of the iceberg so we decided to create a one-stop solution for all the students providing information about competitions, webinars, conferences, internships, etc. along with providing guidance for excelling in particular fields. As well as providing a competitive environment(similar to competitive programming) in all the fields with the help of our scoring algorithm.
